Terms of Use for Bail Bots
Welcome to Bail Bots! By accessing or using our website, www.bailbots.com, and purchasing our chatbot services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Bail Bots provides chatbot creation services for websites, including a one-time creation fee and an optional monthly maintenance subscription. The maintenance subscription is automatically applied with the purchase of a chatbot, with the first month to three months waived depending on the terms of the purchase.
2. Chatbot Creation and Revisions
Once the chatbot is built, revisions are offered between 14 and 30 days following the completion of the build. While there is no limit to the number of revisions a customer can request, they must be completed within this time frame.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month after the cancellation request.
- Refunds: Bail Bots reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the amount of time spent on the chatbot build. Refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed.
4. Usage Restrictions
- The chatbot service is provided through a third-party service provider and may be subject to issues beyond Bail Bots' control. While we strive to ensure that the chatbot functions correctly, Bail Bots cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or performance.
- Each chatbot build is limited to one website only.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Bail Bots reserves the right to refuse a chatbot build at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
6. Third-Party Services
Our chatbot services rely on third-party providers for functionality. Bail Bots is not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party services, including outages, limitations, or disruptions in service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bail Bots is not liable for any issues that arise from the functionality or integration of the chatbot, including but not limited to service outages or compatibility issues with third-party services on the client’s website.
